Barbara Trenholme

SAFIS/CORI Administrator

  • Barbara has worked for the CSO for 30 years. Having served with 5 Superintendents she is our walking history book. Barbara can tell you about everything that has happened at the CSO and our schools because she has seen it all! Barbara’s generous heart is exhibited most in her love and care for her children,  grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Bill Milot

Director of Technology

  • Bill isn’t in the office much as he spends most of his time in the field keeping our schools technology working. Over the last 24 years he has been instrumental in helping our schools keep up with changing technology and most recently helped secure $800,000 for our schools to upgrade their Wi-Fi capabilities. When he is in the office Bill keeps us laughing with his stories. For the past 12 years Bill has coached girls softball in the diocese and currently coaches at Bishop Feehan High School where he led the team to back to back conference championships.

Deborah Arruda

Administrative Assistant

  • Mama Arruda, as she is known by her former students at Bishop Connolly, is the voice of the CSO. Deb has been working in Catholic education for 23 years. If she is not in the office you’ll find Deb on the beach or on a cruise ship – most likely getting pulled on stage to entertain. Next time you call the office ask Deb about her most recent trip!

Denise Peixoto

Assistant Superintendent

  • Denise’s family takes the family environment of Catholic schools to a whole new level. Her daughter, son, and daughter-in-law all teach at Bishop Feehan High School, her husband works at St. Mary and Sacred Heart Parishes in North Attleboro, and Denise has been a teacher, principal, and now Assistant Superintendent for a total of 28 years in this diocese. Outside the office, Denise is a dedicated grandmother, baker, and quilter and we love when she shares her talents (especially baking) with the CSO.

She is passionate about increasing Catholic Schools ability to serve students with diverse needs and has helped multiple schools build up their Special Education programs. Sandi brings joy and laughter to the office and she continually strives to grow personally, spiritually, and professionally. She is currently working on her Doctorate in Educational Leadership through Boston College.

Sharon Sampson

  • Sharon is a wife of 31 years and has three daughters, one of whom is a teacher at Holy Name School. In her free time, Sharon can be found walking, reading for her book club, cooking with good friends. Sharon has shared her attention to detail and love for order with the CSO for nearly 18 years. Sharon’s favorite part of working at the CSO is having the opportunity to serve the Church that she loves and to witness the dedication of our administrators and teachers.

Sarah Heaton

Director of Enrollment and Marketing

  • Sarah is our newest (and youngest) staff member in the CSO, coming to us from Colorado as our new Director of Enrollment and Marketing. She has quickly become acclimated to our part of New England, taking part in many different activities like hiking, playing Ultimate Frisbee, beach combing and joining in with other local events. She is creative, organized and committed to marketing the great things that take place in our diocesan schools. She’s accomplished LOTS in the short time she has been with us!

She has worked at the CSO for 22 years.  If Sue is not in the office you’ll most likely find her at Disney World or with her grandchildren or newest great-granddaughter. Sue has been married for 46 years and has two daughters.  She has met many wonderful people while working at the CSO.
