Our teachers meet rigorous hiring standards, bring an unmatched commitment and passion to their work (both inside and outside the classroom) and strive to be role models for their students. For most of our teachers and principals, working in a Catholic school is a vocation – not a job. The ability to follow in the steps of Christ while guiding the minds and souls of children supports why teaching at a Catholic school is a vocation.
We have partnerships with Boston College, Stonehill College, Bridgewater State University and other institutions to provide ongoing professional development for our teachers. In addition, we work with Providence College to encourage recent graduates to contribute two years of service as teachers in our schools.

“Mrs. DeSousa has helped my daughter to grow so much this year. I was worried about sending my kids to school this year … My daughter is now flourishing – she’s more confident, becoming great at math, and reading me new books daily!”Jessica Williams – Espirito Santo
“Mrs. Costa consistently goes above and beyond for her students and families. Because of her encouragement, patience and guidance, our daughter is blossoming; her self-esteem and confidence are at an all-time high, and her face lights up whenever she talks about her teacher.”Danielle Burke – St. John the Evangelist School
“Mrs. Duvall brings joy, warmth and a sense of family to her classroom. This is tricky to achieve with middle school students! Her students are truly interested in her literature and history instruction and they have fun while learning.”Ellen Zontini – St. Pius X
