    • Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all children, including those with special needs
    • Familiarity with curriculum development and lesson planning
    • Ability to effectively manage a classroom of young children
    • Passion for educating young children and helping them reach their full potential
