Positions: There are two current openings for Full Time Toddler Teachers and three openings for Full Time Teacher Assistants.

Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow:

• Plan and conduct engaging activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Use effective classroom management techniques to ensure a productive learning environment
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to support each child’s individual needs
• Assess and monitor children’s progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians

Requirements:

• EEC Toddler certified for teacher, a willingness to attend professional development workshops
• Experience working with toddlers in a childcare or educational setting
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all children, including those with special needs
• Familiarity with curriculum development and lesson planning
• Ability to effectively manage a classroom of young children
• Passion for educating young children and helping them reach their full potential
